Cannabis seeds for licensed producers
We supply licensed cultivators and producers in regulated markets, such as Canada in North America and Colombia, Uruguay, Chile and Peru in South America. Every order depends on your licence and on the import permits of your country.
Who this is for
Licensed cultivators, producers and research units that hold a licence under their national medical or scientific cannabis programme, and seed companies licensed to import genetics.
How it works
- Send us your country, the type and number of your licence and the authority that issued it.
- We confirm what is possible and which documents are needed, such as import permits and a phytosanitary certificate.
- You obtain the import permit where your country requires one, and we prepare the lots and the export documents.
- We ship once the permits are in place.
Documents we can provide
Lab and certification documents for the lots in stock, HPLVD test results and lineage information, on request and before you place an order.
Markets
- Canada: importers of Cannabis sativa seed for propagation need a licence to grow and a permit to import from Health Canada, plus the phytosanitary requirements of the CFIA for each shipment.
- Colombia: a seed-use licence from the Ministry of Justice and, for imports, an application through the national foreign-trade window (VUCE) with the Ministry of Justice approval.
- Uruguay, Chile and Peru: the requirements depend on each national authority. We confirm them with you before we quote.
